Machine Head Vending LLC consists of a single owner (and legal team) with a passion for Japanese import vehicles and it's pop culture. This business is comprised of a variety of different elements such an original art, Japanese collectible import shop and mobile Gashapon booth at conventions and events in the South Florida area.

For metal prints, lead times vary widely due to each item being made to order. Other factors that may delay an order is demand and holidays. When your order ships, you'll be notified via email with tracking. Generally, an order with one metal print can take up to 2 weeks to produce.

For all other items, we only sell what we have in stock. Thus, most orders will typically ship the next business day from when the order was placed.

There is absolutely no involvement of AI in any of our art whatsoever. Not in any reference images to make the art and not even used in any aspects to make this website. Our events page uses promotional materials that are given to us from the hosts of the events we attend, that may be the only use of AI there if at all, we have no control of how those flyers are made.

AI has it's uses and is a wonderful tool for other advancements in technology, just not in anything that we do here.

If your item arrives damaged, is missing items or is incorrect, take photos of the shipping carton and of the item on all angles possible then contact us immediately. We will get back with you with as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

There are no returns or exchanges based on a "change of mind". These are made to order. If you have any questions about anything pertaining to a product you want to buy that we sell, ask before purchasing. We strive to be as clear as possible when presenting our products.
