Machine Head Vending LLC consist of a single owner (and legal team) with a passion for pixel art and machine vending. How do those two things coincide? Well, they kind of don't. This business is comprised of two avenues which is an online art shop and mobile Gashapon booth at some conventions and events in the South Florida area.

Shipping is based off of your location.

Lead times vary widely due to each item being made to order. Other factors that may delay an order is demand and holidays. When your order ships, you'll be notified via email with tracking. Generally, an order with one metal print can take up to 2 weeks to produce.

There is absolutely no involvement of AI in any of our art whatsoever. Not in any reference images to make the art and not even used in any aspects to make this website.

AI has it's uses and is a wonderful tool for other advancements in technology, just not in anything that we do here.

If your item arrives damaged, is missing items or is incorrect, take photos of the shipping carton and of the art on all angles possible then contact us immediately. We will get back with you with as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

There are no returns or exchanges based on a "change of mind". These are made to order. If you have any questions about literally anything pertaining to a product you want to buy that we sell, ask before purchasing. We try to be as clear as possible when presenting our products.
